At this time of year, I
felt it was necessary to share this work of prose. I find that in days of
uncertainty, chaos, and the feeling of having lost our way, it is good to know
that a ‘reset’ of our thoughts, priorities and spirit is always a good option. I hope you find time to rest, fill your
