Prisms of Us
What color is your rainbow?
What colors are your stripes?
What colors are the fallen leaves,
In
the autumn of your night?
What colors are your trees?
What colors are your blooms?
What color do you see,
In the calm late afternoons?
What color, yes indeed,
Is the color of your door?
The one we pass through,
Today and evermore?
What color is your portal,
That beckons over time?
As it draws you even closer,
It operates the same as mine.
…Regardless of the color.
