What are We Watching - So Many Questions, a Commentary

 

What are We Watching?

It has taken a while to determine what to post for January 2022. I believe the first post of the year is a determiner and sets the tone for the rest of the year.

I couldn’t come up with a thing. Reason?

Well, there are lots of them. I can’t pick just one, but suffice to say, I’m perplexed as to what to post without divulging how disappointed I am with what’s going on in our nation and our collective thinking.

Maybe I should start by asking: What are we watching?

Are we voyeurs gazing at the unraveling of what I thought and believed to be the greatest nation on Earth? Everyone wants to come here. The last bastion against agendas that are not in keeping with bible principles and teachings of which this nation was founded. Are we watching a global agenda that dissolves national sovereignty? Who knows?

So many questions:

Where is God? Are bible prophecies coming to pass, or are we rushing the process just because?

What is power? Who has the power? We the people or our government?

Is propaganda dead? Whatever happened to Tokyo Rose and Hanoi Hannah (not to be confused with the famous actress, Jane, please)? Are they alive today in Hollywood, our print and video media, radio, and tech-controlled social platforms?

Is being ‘woke’ permeating all aspects of our lives, even on paid cable shows? Ahem, such as a certain reboot of the 1990’s show about a group of women friends in New York?

Do our civil liberties stand for anything anymore? Do we have the freedom to choose for ourselves, or are we only carbon-based robots easily led who follow commands without argument? We have to conform to be part of ‘the club,’ right? Otherwise, we can’t attend family functions, outdoor Barbeques, or theatre functions, etcetera. Whoa!

Fear is a component, isn’t it? Are we experiencing a pandemic of a raging disease that will kill us all dead just for breathing, or is this a pandemic of fear? ‘To strike terror in the heart of a people is the easiest way to control them.’ Or so I've read.

Why are Russian and Chinese dignitaries the only ones speaking up for and about the political prisoner of January 6, 2021 and human rights issues within the US? I assure you, I don’t know. The enemy of my enemy is my friend sort of thing?

Why is ‘build back better’ a global refrain? Huh? What was broken in the first place? That I don't know either. 

What is up with censorship? YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Google have been accused of this, and I’ve witnessed this personally. Some of my research, found on YouTube for reference, has been taken down because Vloggers have used certain words. Now they speak in ‘code.’ Today’s censorship has nothing on McCarthyism. By a show of hands, what victims of censorship would rather trade places with Lucille Ball, whose red hair was the only thing about her that might be considered ‘red communist’ back in the day. Or, so was infamously said by her then-husband, Desi Arnaz. Going through that was a walk in the park judging by today’s comparison. Just saying.

What is the Great Reset? NESARA/GESARA, Bitcoin, devaluation of the dollar, what is that anyway? Devaluation of the dollar leads to inflation. Contrary to what we are told, inflation is not what we are experiencing. I believe we are experiencing a lack of production due to lockdowns that are driving up prices. Economists back this up, but the MSM (mainstream media) will not report this. Lack of employees, for many reasons, feed our lack of production process, and if manufacturers can be shut down so easily by the government, why should they beef up production? Of anything? I ask you. Even if shipping lanes were open, ergo the aforementioned problem (please excuse the archaic legalese). So, our shelves are empty, our pickings are slim, and the price of saltines is on the rise.

Trans-humanism? Really? What in the five times is that? I’m sure I have no idea.

Well, I admit conspiracies are many. And I guess I have more questions than I have something substantive to say. As I’ve heard spoken, there are no conspiracies, but there are no coincidences either.

Speaking out about the royal family, racial hoaxers, and child sex traffickers seems to be the only safe bet these days. Geez.

As I asked earlier, what are we watching?
